Policies

Renting Party is responsible for clean up, garbage removals, conduct, and damage in relation to all the guests/vendors they choose. 

At the end of your event, the lodge must be swept and all trash put in provided waste receptacles. All trash and decor must be removed. Any trash/decor left behind will leave you with an extra charge of $500 for a cleaning fee unless you have added the Full Cleanup feature.

Any guest who is unruly or breaks any of Oak & Antler’s policies will be ordered to vacate the premises immediately.

Noise level must stay at a reasonable volume.

No smoking is allowed inside of the facility or the cabin.

No nails/staples to any surface of the building. Nothing that will make a hole in any surface of building.

Candles contained in non-flammable containers. Battery operated candles highly recommended.

Bubble machines may be used outside.

Any rice, confetti or glitter used must be fully cleaned by renter.

No fireworks (excluding handheld sparklers) or silly string anywhere on the property.

Handheld sparklers allowed outdoors only.

Pets may be included in your outdoor ceremony. Only service dogs allowed inside the venue and cabin.

Any food brought into the lodge and/or cabin must be removed and/or discarded into trash receptacles provided.

Any extra time used past midnight for cleanup will add an additional charge of $150/hour and will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Events not allowed to continue past midnight.  $300/hour will be charged for events (excluding cleanup) that goes beyond midnight.

We must have a 24-hour notice prior to your event if you choose to change ceremony locations and/or indoor table seating setup. Within 24 hours of your event, we are not responsible for rearranging to your new desired location.

We do not allow any outside golf carts, ATV’s, or side-by-sides on our property.

No vehicles outside of designated parking/driving areas.

Cancellation Policy:
At Oak & Antler, we understand that plans sometimes change. Because we reserve your date exclusively for you, cancellations and rescheduling impact our ability to host other events. To be fair to all our clients, the following policy applies:

Cancellation by Client

  • More than 6 months prior to event date: Payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded in full.

  • Less than 6 months prior to event date: No refunds for payments, including deposit, made will be issued.

Rescheduling

  • Events may be rescheduled once (subject to availability) without penalty if requested more than 6 months before the event date.

  • Rescheduling within 6 months of the event will result in a rescheduling fee of $500.00.

Cancellation by Oak & Antler

In the unlikely event Oak & Antler must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments, including deposit, will be issued. We will also make reasonable efforts to help find an alternative date or venue.

Force Majeure

Oak & Antler is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other “Acts of God”). In such cases, payments may be applied to a future date, subject to availability.
