Couples choosing a reception-only experience enjoy a $1,000 savings on lodge rental pricing.
All Packages Include:
Access to the lodge area and outdoor ceremony space
Use of the prep kitchen, Bride Dressing Area, Groom Dressing Area, and main event space
Tables and chairs for up to 200 people
Meeting prior to the wedding to discuss layout and setup details
Access to all 86+ acres for wedding and engagement/bridal photos
Open Vendor Policy – bring the vendors you love

Deluxe Package - $700
1-night stay in the Honeymoon Cabin
Custom setup and breakdown of tables & chairs
1 hr private rehearsal scheduled Monday – Thursday the week of the event
Tablecloths in black or white
Luxury Package - $1000
2-night stay in the Honeymoon Cabin
Custom setup and breakdown of tables & chairs
Basic cleanup (sweeping and stacking chairs) included by Oak & Antler
1 hr private rehearsal scheduled Monday – Thursday the week of the event

Booking Details
6% sales tax added to all rentals and packages
$1,500 non-refundable rental deposit required upon signing will go toward wedding rental/package price
50% of the remaining balance is due six months prior to event date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full, along with a $500 security deposit 30 days prior to the event date.
Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the event date if no damage is found.
.$1,000 will be added to any package price for all nationally recognized holiday weekend dates
Renting Party is required to purchase event insurance including alcohol, if applicable,
with Oak & Antler listed as an additional insurer and a copy must be provided to Oak & Antler 30 days prior to event.
