Booking Details

6% sales tax added to all packages

$1,500 non-refundable rental deposit required upon signing. This will go toward wedding package price

50% of the remaining balance is due six months prior to event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full, along with a $500 security deposit 30 days prior to the event date.

The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the event date if no damage is found.

.$1,000 will be added to any package price for all nationally recognized holiday weekend dates

Renting Party is required to purchase event insurance including alcohol, if applicable,
with Oak & Antler listed as an additional insurer and a copy must be provided to Oak & Antler 30 days prior to event.
