Non-Wedding Lodge Rentals
Customization of packages are available to fit your needs
Hourly - $150/hour
2 hour minimum
4 Hours - $575
6 Hours - $800
12 Hours - $1500
Booking Details
All setup, deliveries, décor, and clean-up must take place within your rental time
Clients are responsible for placing trash in designated bins and removing all non-venue items
6% sales tax added to all rentals and packages
50% non-refundable rental deposit required upon signing will go toward rental/package price
The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date.
$100 Optional Cleaning fee or choose to self-clean
$100 security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the event date if no damage is found.
Renting Party is required to purchase event insurance including alcohol, if applicable,
with Oak & Antler listed as an additional insurer and a copy must be provided to Oak & Antler 30 days prior to event.
