The Lodge can be rented for $150/hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

6% sales tax added to all rentals.

50% non-refundable rental deposit required upon signing. This will go toward balance.

$100/hour will be added to any rental price for all nationally recognized holiday weekend dates.

Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event

Renter is required to purchase event insurance, including alcohol, if applicable, and list Oak & Antler as an additional insured. A copy must be provided to Oak & Antler 30 days prior to event.

The Lodge can be rented for for a full day.
